AFC Soccer Excellence was founded by Frank Cardona in 2016.

AFC was created as a game-changing approach to developing touch and other critical skills for players at all levels. Our technology allows players to efficiently test various techniques and target specific areas of training through specialized exercises. This mistake-friendly environment builds confidence and skill.

Frank Cardona has spent the most part of his life involved in the local soccer communities and realized there was a need for this type of training in the Hamilton and surrounding area that nobody was providing.

Cardona was part of the Provincial and National team Programs and a OCAA All Canadian at the Collegiate Level. He also played at the Pro Levels in Both Indoor and Outdoor Soccer in the CSL,APSL and the NPSL. His love for the game took him down the Coaching Path where he coached Boys in the OSL Provincial Elite Leagues before deciding to take a chance in the corporate side of things and became Director of Soccer Operations for SC Toronto Pro in the CSL. As much as he loved that side of soccer he always wanted to get back on the field and share his knowledge with the youth, and give back to the community what he learned over the years. He currently coaches girls soccer at Hamilton United and feels that next progression to his career is working one on one with the players at his AFC Centre.

AFC gives individual players the ability to train themselves in a variety of ways, in a fun environment, so they can empower their game and find their best.
